THE WORKOUT
Try this 10-minute interval power walk the next time you take your baby and workout outside!
WARM-UP: 3-5 min
Perform 10 reps of each of the following warm-up exercises:
Waist Twists
High Knee Lifts
Leg Swings
Hip Circles
Lateral Side Bends
THE WORKOUT
Now, it's time for the workout! Here's how to complete it:
- Set a timer so you can keep on track with the intervals performed.
- Begin to power walk with your baby at a brisk pace for five minutes.
- Perform the following exercises for one minute or 20 reps each.
- Recover by walking for one minute.
