Get your post-baby body back in shape!

Clear skies, shining sun, comfortable breeze . . . this is all the more reason to get outside to enjoy it! It’s a great way to get your post-baby body back in shape! Shed the weight with these fun and effective cardio and strength exercises that you can perform outdoors.   • Strengthens entire body by pushing the stroller
  • Maximizes time for fast results
Here’s a list of some important things to bring along on your adventure. Being prepared before you set off to exercise can be a saving grace for you and baby!

CHECK LIST:
✔ Baby on board, in stroller, bundled and ready to go!
✔ Handy pack (Snack, water, blankets, sunscreen, wipes, diapers, sunglasses, small toys, etc.)
✔ Ready for fun!

THE WORKOUT
Try this 10-minute interval power walk the next time you take your baby and workout outside!

WARM-UP:  3-5 min
Perform 10 reps of each of the following warm-up exercises:

Waist Twists

THE WORKOUT
Now, it's time for the workout! Here's how to complete it:
  • Set a timer so you can keep on track with the intervals performed.
  • Begin to power walk with your baby at a brisk pace for five minutes.
  • Perform the following exercises for one minute or 20 reps each.
  • Recover by walking for one minute.
